I have lost some items in my shipment
Firstly, check if you have received all the boxes related to the order. Then completely empty each box received, sometimes small parts may get stuck in gaps or packaging materials. If you still cannot find your item, please send an email to customer service immediately. Include descriptions of missing quantities and pictures of the entire package of goods. We will forward them to our warehouse for inspection of monitoring records and packaging image records.

By returning the product to the store, the customer proves that the product was purchased from the store and has not been replaced in whole or in part by other suppliers, distributors, or other sources of such products.
